About Our Service LastPlan is a concierge funeral planning platform that helps families arrange afterlife services. We act as your single point of contact, coordinating services through our network of trusted funeral homes, cemeteries, and service providers. You pay LastPlan directly, and we handle all provider coordination and payments on your behalf. Service Packages Our platform presents funeral service packages based on your preferences and location. Package prices are calculated based on the individual services included. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, on rare occasions there may be unforeseen costs outside our control that may need to be addressed separately with the service provider. Payments All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize LastPlan to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your selected package. Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our team at hello@lastplan.com as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of service coordination with our providers. Our customer service team will work with you to find the best resolution. Limitation of Liability LastPlan coordinates funeral services but does not directly perform them. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. We will, however, work diligently to resolve any issues that arise. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time.
